This Privacy Policy explains how Avensa Studio Kft. (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you visit our website or contact us about interior design, space planning or related services.

2. Scope
This policy applies to visitors of our website and to individuals who submit an enquiry through our contact form, email or phone. It does not replace separate data-processing terms in signed interior design, consultancy or project agreements.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Identity and contact data — name, company name (if provided), email address, phone number.
- Enquiry details — message content, project type, location and any other information you choose to provide.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, date and time of access, and similar server log data.
- Cookie and consent data — your cookie preference stored locally, and limited technical identifiers where cookies or similar technologies are used (see Section 12).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through the website contact form. Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless we explicitly request it for a specific project.

- Automatically — when you browse the website, through server logs and essential technical cookies.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the following bases:

6. Retention
- Enquiries not leading to a contract: up to 24 months from last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Contract-related records: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as required by Hungarian accounting, tax and civil law.
- Server logs: typically up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security investigations.
- Cookie consent preference: stored in your browser until you clear site data or withdraw consent.
When retention periods end, we delete or anonymise data where possible.
7. Recipients and processors
We may share personal data with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as:
- website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email and communication service providers;
- analytics providers, if and when you have consented to analytics cookies;
- IT support and security providers.
These providers are bound by data-processing agreements or equivalent safeguards where required. We do not sell personal data.
