2. Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “us” — Avensa Studio Kft.

- “Services” — interior design, space planning, design concept development, and related deliverables such as material specification, FF&E coordination, lighting design, 3D visualisation and author supervision for residential and commercial properties.

- attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data;

4. Services overview
Avensa Studio provides interior design and related services including:
- interior design for residential and commercial spaces;
- space planning and functional zoning;
- design concept development (moodboards, material palettes, visual direction);
- detailed drawings, specifications and FF&E coordination;
- lighting design and 3D visualisation;
- author supervision during construction or fit-out.
Specific scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables are defined in a written proposal or service agreement signed with the Client. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed contract, the signed contract prevails.
5. Enquiries and contact
Submitting a contact form, email or phone enquiry does not create a binding contract. We aim to respond to enquiries promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time.
By contacting us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this Website — including text, layout, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Avensa Studio Kft. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal or internal business evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Client trademarks, plans and materials remain the property of the Client. We use them only as permitted for the agreed Services.
Ownership and licence rights in design concepts, drawings, visualisations and other project deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement. Until a separate agreement is signed, no licence to use project materials is granted beyond what is expressly agreed in writing.
7. Third-party services and links
The Website may reference or link to third-party websites or services (for example, font or script providers). We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Interior design projects may involve contractors, suppliers and other third parties. Their work is subject to separate agreements between the Client and those parties unless we are expressly engaged to coordinate them under a project contract.
8. Disclaimers
Images and descriptions on the Website illustrate our design approach. They may show representative or reference interiors and do not guarantee that any specific outcome, material or layout will be available or achievable for your project.
Timelines, costs and build quality depend on site conditions, approvals, contractors and other factors outside our direct control. We do not guarantee specific completion dates or construction outcomes unless expressly agreed in a signed contract.
Website content is provided “as is” for information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hungarian and EU law, Avensa Studio Kft. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content.
Our aggregate liability arising from Website use (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law) shall not exceed EUR 500, unless a higher amount is mandated by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avensa Studio Kft. against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Website or submission of inaccurate, unauthorised or infringing information, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary, with preference for courts in Budapest where permitted by law.
